Things To Know

• Prepayment is suggested for expedited entry. 

• There are no refunds for prepayments, no-shows, and late arrivals.

• Dining time for prepaid reservations will not be extended for late arrivals.

• We reserved the right to charge $35 per person to parties who do not show up for their reservation or cancel within a 24-hour window.

• We have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you’re running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are current.

• Reservation wait times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Some examples that may cause a delay in seating are rain, excessive heat, etc. 

• There will be a minimum $350.00 cleaning fee for tables/groups that require excessive cleaning due to the party’s inappropriate conduct.

Dress Code

​

To enhance our guests' experience, we ask that you respect our dress standards. We consider hats (other than religious headwear), some athletic wear, and exceptionally provocative, tattered, or poorly maintained clothing too informal for the experience we provide. While we want our guests to be comfortable, we consider overly casual attire inappropriate at Enigma. We request that no T-SHIRTS be worn to the venue. Guests who arrive in t-shirts may not be allowed access to the venue, and no refund or credits will be provided. Please respect the discretion of our staff, and be stylish!

 

While we make exceptions, our exceptions are based on the execution of style and attitude. We consider your tone and demeanor as a critical part of your dress. Please understand that the final call is at the discretion of the front door and management.
